2. It supports synchronous multiple data acquisition, such as data acquisition on liquid flow, temperature, and pressure.
3. The two control systems can be used for monitoring, simultaneously.
4. In addition to little water leakage and rust, the engineering experimental device is characterized by stable operation and low noise.
5. Copper solenoid valve is adopted as the water valve for the advanced process control trainer.
6. The controlled object is separated from the electrical system controller, to avoid accident caused by liquid leakage.
7. The system is particularly designed with four water tanks.

1. PA sensor calibration (zero shift and range adjustment)

3. Test on the property of the system with single self-balancing water tank
4. Test on the property of the system with double self-balancing water tank
5. Stepping control on the water temperature of the boiler liner
6. PID control on level for the system with single water tank
7. PID control on level for the system with double water tank
8. Fixed set point control on water temperature of the boiler liner (dynamic water)
9. Fixed set point control on water temperature of the boiler water jacket (dynamic water)
10. Flow fixed set point control of electromagnetic flowmeter
