DLMPS-900A Modular Flexible Manufacturing System Trainer

The flexible manufacturing system is a complex, highly automated system that integrates microelectronics, computer information technology, control technology, mechanical manufacturing, and system engineering. The DLMPS-900A modular flexible manufacturing system trainer is mainly used for the automation network communication training. It is also applicable to the trainings on PLC, electrotechnics, electric drive, sensing technology, pneumatic technology, manipulator assembly, frequency converter, assembly and commissioning of automated production line, and so on. Comprehensive abilities of the students can be tested by this training equipment.

The modular flexible manufacturing system trainer is divided into nine work units or work stations, which are feeding station, detection station, processing station, treatment station, buffer station, pressing station, ASRS station, robot station, and sorting station. Mitsubishi six-axis robot is adopted in the robot station.
